El Cerebro, our AI agent office

It is the system we run the business with: a team of AI agents organised by department that prepares each day’s work. A person decides and sends. El Cerebro means “the brain”.

The Office view of El Cerebro drawn in pixel art: a building with one office per agent, arranged by floors: management, product, consultancy and shared services. The labels are in Spanish.
The Office: each agent in its own room, and what they send each other, as envelopes. Demo mode, with synthetic data; the interface is in Spanish.

How it works

  • One department, one agent

Marketing, Content, Sales, Product or the Radar. Each one has its own context, its memory and its tools, and only sees its own work.

  • A director that hands out the work

An orchestrator agent reads the state of everything, sets the priority for the week and hands out the work. It is the only one that sees every agent, and even so it does not see what is not business.

  • One inbox for the person

Each run sends at most one thing to do: approve, decide or send. In a small business the bottleneck is not producing drafts, it is deciding.

  • You talk to it from your phone

A summary arrives on Telegram every morning, and from there you pass it a task or a note to hand out.

  • It warns you when something did not run

A watcher checks every recurring task and warns you when its signal does not arrive.

The Today view of El Cerebro: what is waiting for the person, with an agent asking for permission to use a tool and the director agent’s priority for the week. The interface is in Spanish.

Governed with ISO/IEC 42001

El Cerebro is documented as an AI management system under ISO/IEC 42001: policy, risks, statement of applicability and procedures. Each part of the panel is the evidence for a requirement.

Each run has its own spending cap and there is a monthly one. Who wrote what is logged, and an emergency brake stops everything. It is not certified: conformity is for an audit to decide.

The rules

  • Nothing goes out without a person

Emails, messages and proposals are always sent by a person. The little that is published automatically is limited and documented.

  • Data where it belongs

Our agents use Anthropic models, in the United States, so only business matters go to that cloud, nothing about clients. In yours, anything with personal data can go to models that never leave the EU, with Batutia.

The next step: talking to it

With El Cerebro and Batutia together you can build an assistant you ask for things out loud: you tell it what you need, it hands the work out to its agents and lets you know when something needs approval.

Today you write to it from your phone; voice is not built yet. It is one of the things we build to order.

We build yours

We do not sell ours as it is: it carries our data and our routines. We build yours in your accounts, with your keys and your departments. You decide what each agent prepares and what a person has to approve. Fixed price per phase.
